Coming up with a plan!! Kayak bream fishing Comp Pittwater

Hi Fellow Raiders,

I recently got into Kayak fishing thanks to @DerekD. I am really enjoying it thus far and have always thought about entering a competition.

Well I am jumping in with two feet and having a crack at the Hobie Fishing Grand Prix happening in October.

I am pumped to have a crack and expect it to be a great learning experience for myself on my journey as fisherperson

The competition launches from Bayview dog park and we can go as far north to Palm beach boat house and resolute beach (thats a long way in a yak).

There are some exclusion areas such as :

• Royal Prince Alfred Yacht Club
• Royal Motor Yacht Club Broken Bay
• Maybanke Cove Marina
• Griffin Park Marina
• Church Point Cargo Wharf
• Holmeport Marina

 I am doing my homework via six maps and google earth, no doubt I will pull @DerekD brains out and extract some nuggets of insight.

Raiders I want you!!. I would love to hear from people that fish pittwater where they would or have targeted big bream in the system. Of course for this comp its lures only and catch and release so that may make a difference in some applications.

Even better if you have a kayak and want to join me that would be great.
