Heading to Mexico next month, recommendations to wet a line?

Hey Raiders,

I'm lucky enough to be traveling to Mexico in March/April. I'll be in Cancun, Tulum, Belize and then over to Costa Rica. 

After a quick FR search I couldn't find much recent content about Raiders abroad in Mexico. 

Are there any recent trips, or tours that you'd recommend? I'm going to head fishing solo(and send my wife to the spa) but happy to join a mixed boat/run solo.

Google is not as trustworthy as it once was on genuine recommendations so hoping to find a good operator over there.
