There’s a bit of “banter” going on locally about this not being advertised and encroaching on rights, but……….it’s not exactly been kept secret, I think it was just typical complacency to let someone else worry about it, until it affects you, then it’s an outrage! Should have been introduced a long time ago (in my opinion)
