Basil D
After reading Chris's Post I just had to go deep sea Jewie Fishing. Launched from Botany bay got my Livies and headed past Maroubra, fished till 9.30, and no fish in the esky, me and my mate started talking about Flathead drifting before deciding to go to the trag grounds, where I nailed a nice thumper snapper , I just cant seem to get away from these snapper 🤣, we managed to get another two smaller 35cm snapper but no Trag, 10.15am I thought high tide is 12 and need to give the Jewies another go, well it paid off, I got one fish and my mate Chris one, once we got one each we headed back to the Trag ground but no trag, it is now 12.30, so we went for a flaty drift and got 4 and left them biting , I cleaned the fish at sea as I dont ever clean my fish in fresh water, it spoils the meat. So good when we start early and leave early managed a good cook up at home after cleaning the boat and having a dam good shower. Jewie cutlets in lemon butter with a side salal and mango, Hope you guys enjoyed our little adventure .
