Hey champ all good. Only went out on saturday night. Hopefully get out this weekend can't wait for the kingies to fire up. That's if the wether holds. They are saying strong winds all weekend. That sux. Hopefully the wether holds for a couple hours on Sunday morning then get back in befor the wind kicks in. Couple of hours in the morning would be great

Left cooks river boat ramp on saterday Arvo. Went and got some live yellowtail at yarra bay didn't take long to fill the live bait tank left there and drifted around looking for some squid no luck water was a bit dirty. O well had some fresh squid from a couple of days ago. The wind changed to a south westa rough as guts. So headed to the captian cook bridge wasent to bad there gave it ago for 6 hours tide change was at 1014 pm not even a bump O well that's just fishing. Have a go next week.

Iv tried both land and boat. You need a boat so much eazyier cover more ground and you can find the holes much better with a sounder

If you like your health I wouldn't eat anything from there. There plenty of big jews in the cooks. Eveyhing I catch there gets raleased to fight another day. Try up were the breakwalls are you can maybe eat the fish there. It can get bizy at times but I go during the week.

When the fishing dies abit I like to use live baits squid. Yellowtail. Potty mullet. I'f you can get your hands on some of those baits look out. Fresh squid stripes can't go wrong. Ull find the big bream will smash the poddys. Long story short fresh fresh baits. I always make shore I have live bait out. Lots of those big Jews around

I flick there all the tome plenty of jewies and flathead. Fish the runout tide. Make shore it's really slow fish the tides nit the time

At the end of the breakwall yarra bay. Plenty of livies and squid. Just use lots of berly.

Spent all last night chacing jewies in the bay. Dead dead dead not even a run. Had the right bait. The water temp was cold 14 degrees. O well always next time

There used to be heaps of good size jews there. Haven't even had a run there in years plenty of sharks though. If your heading out at night on a boat be really carfull of the bombie it can pic up in seconds if caught on it well let's just say make shore you have your life jackets on. But you never no that big jewie could just be around the corner

To many people fish there. Go during the week there should be a spott to fish. But on the weekend it's not worht the walk.way to many people
