I have caught many a bluefin / mac tuna up at forster.. My Favourite ledge that really never used to dissapoint was about an hour and a half tough hike in (even tougher out) I havent been up there for about 5 years now.. One year i took a wrong turn out and ended up in thick bush for about an hour trying to find my way back.. Maybe i need to get my arse into gear and get in the arse end of the season..

Hi Guys, Am heading out with a mate on Sunday morning to Pittwater to throw around some plastics and lures.. Can someone please help me here. Are Kings common in Pittwater, where would the best place be to target them? He does a fair bit of fishing for Flatties and Bream but not really kings.. Cheers

thanks guys i have just got home after a few hours at roseville. No Flatties but picked up a nice 50-55cm Jew.. It was put back for next time.. It was nice and peaceful down there and i will return.. Cheers

I have the urge to go and throw a few plastics round this afternoon after 5.. I am looking to go somewhere within an hour an will be driving from the Hills Area. NSW Can anyone suggest somewhere with easy access that isn’t a pain to get to? Cheers

Hi all i am heading up to Noosa with the family over christmas and am really looking forward to a fish.. I am going to go on a charter for a day but i will also be looking for places to fish land based around Noosa, Sunshine Beach and Sunrise Beach. Mostly fishing with S/Ps Can someone please point me in the right direction. Any info would be greatly appreciated Cheers

I am heading up over christmas and i cant wait, i picked up a nice lizard a few years ago when i was up there mucking around throwing sp's on the little bit of sand out the front of Moira Ave on the hawks nest side. I will be hiring a tinnie this year and will be spending a good day out there exploring..

Hi Alll, I am finally getting back into fishing.. I am looking if anyone can give me a few spots to go around the Sydney / Hawkesbury area that i can get to on foot as i dont have a boat to throw a few plastics around for a few hours after work.. I live in the hills area and can am willing to drive for around an hour. Any info is appreciated cheers

Hi All Long time no post I have $300 to spend for christmas and i am looking at getting a new light spinning outfit for the lighter side of fishing - Estuary / bass... Can anyone recommend a nice new reel and stick that i should look at or combo for around this figure, i know its not much but i dont get out that much anymore due to work and my addiction to golf :fore: (we need a golf guy) Its been a while since i have been in the game and i am a bit out of touch at the moment. I have experienced the same thing a fair few times with them.. I remember on day they took about 200 Yakkas from a rock fishing spot I was at.. (Mados aswell) I was fuming apparently they just crush them all up and make fish cakes and now there are not many yakkas left in the spot and the ones that are are very hard to catch..

Hi Guys, Im heading out tomorrow in my mates tinny, we are going to drop it in around Berowra.. He said something about heading to the mouth where it meets the ocean near Lion Island?? Can anyone reccomend good spots to fish down there? I have heard recenty that there is not much down there.. Is this true? What will I be targeting and what gear should I take?? Thanks Guys.

Im heading up over christmas as well.. I have only fished out of hire boats up there in the lakes.. Im sure outside of Yaccaba Headland would be pretty good.. How big is the boat? Ill talk to a mate who fishes up there and find out some info for you... Need a decky
