    Id Please...

Hi folks, Caught some fish the other day, 1 Aussie salmon, bonito, and not sure the other one is. Looks like a grouper, but can't be 100% sure. Can anyone tell? Cheers
  2. I normally spend some time in the afternoon at Walsh Bay, never knew it was also a good spot for blackies until last Saturday when I saw a couple who were fishing for blackfish and yakkas. Everyday on the way to work I always sit at the window side in the train looking at people fishing at pier2 from the bridge, hoping that I could see someone landing a big fish. Big enough for me to see from the train
  3. That's a massive jew... well done mate!
  4. Nice catch! How did you cook the fish?
  5. Wow!! I really hope I can catch one of those too in these fishing seasons.
  6. I have seen the same thing at many good fishing spots around Sydney. This disgusting behavior is costing us in a long run. They may think it's just a plastic bag or a some left over bait which gulls will come and help with clean up. Two things that will make me feel disgusted. 1. Taking undersize catch 2. Literring
  7. Wow!! The kings are back early this year
  8. Now we know the other thing we can do when visiting Mexico. Thanks for the report mate.
  9. well done and glad to see the kids excited with the catch! Looks like you got an extra gift for you father's day
  10. Well done mate! That's an amazing catch!
  11. Wow! That was a good fishing in the unfriendly weather..
  12. G'day, Has anyone fished at Garie Beach in Royal National Park or around in the national park lately? How's fishing like there? I am planning to go there this Easter weekend. Any tips and info is much appreciated. cheers
  13. You will probably be disappointed by how poor fishing is in Singapore. I lived in Singapore for a few years, and land based fishing there is nothing compares to what we have in OZ. You'll probably catch a lot of catfish, and when you're lucky you'll catch snapper. Go to Beach Road, where there are a block of tackle shops and ask about fishing charter to Malaka Strait where you might catch something bigger or at least more bites than in the island.
