  2. Can anyone tell me if this product is any Good or are there any owners out there SEE BELOW Mate i don't know what more i can tell you, i think it's pretty well explained in the add. We won't nor do i know of anyone that will split a pair of bases for you, i can supply a complete set, & you must be careful trying to match up as the older casting's sometimes will not fit the newer ones, hence people not wanting to split up sets. The riggers retracted are approx 1.7m long very compact! Sorry even though we build for & send Australia wide our displays & dealers are all in Victoria. 10. And the do gooders want to make the waters off Sydney a marine park I think if we are getting this sort of action less than a K off the coast it shows our system is finaly repairing itself after nearly 200 years of pumping polution (sh*t) on our door step, All we realy need to do is ban the pro's or at least make a no fish Zone for the Pro's to give the fish stock a chance to recover, Look at the harbour it has never fished better since the pro's have been stoped. and that has only taken a few of years. If the do gooders get there way and get a marine park it will be a food fest for the Sharks particually in the summer, You can only guess on how many people are in the water between Cronulla & the central coast every day it will be like ringing the dinner bell. i must admit it is good that we are getting these reports It meens our system is getting healthier 20 years ago you only got a beach polution report which said what beachers were safe to swim at. Help

Cooking Blue Swimmers I have 3 ways of doing this First method Fill a very large saucepan with water ad a teaspoon of salt and bring to the boil After putting your crab’s in the freezer for ½ an hour (this will kill them) Drop into the boiling water and boil for 8 to 10 minutes depending on the size Remove from water and drop into cold water to cool down, (if you don’t do this it will continue to cook in the hot shell) Some people would also add some sugar to the water as well Second method STEAMING In a 12” sauce pan place ¼ cup of water ¼ cup of lemon juice and some Crushed garlic and Chili (or you can use chili powder if you wish) Bring to the boil place crabs in and put the lid in the saucepan and turn the hotplate down, again cook for 8 to 10 minutes, again put in cold water to stop the cooking process Microwave Clean crabs (UN Cooked) and halve In a Microwave dish put ¼ cup of lemon juice and 1/8th cup of water ad 1 teaspoon of crushed garlic, 2 chilies 2 teaspoons of olive oil, salt and some 1 teaspoon of chili powder put crabs halves in and toss in the mixture place lid on dish and cook on high for 3 minutes, again cool immediately (put in freezer for about 10 minutes) Cleaning Turn the crab upside down lift the flap on the underside of the body place your thumb at the rear of the shell and lift (the top of the shell will come off) under running water wash out the guts and remove the gills you should be left with nothing but delicious white meat. (If the flesh is powdery the crab has been overcooked)
