After all my fails in sydney harbour i made my way to the south coast and found some not bad kings could only land two the rest made my 24kg line with 100 pound leader look like childs play for them .

Thanks guys i did try blades but found it was very hard to hit bottom with then .I have all next week off so i will be trying everything i can and hope i have a good report to come

H i well the good news is ill be getting my boat back in 1 week and i have been doing a load of reading about soft plastic fishing . I have a great flathead spot but have only ever used fresh squid or slimy fillets the only problem is the depth ranges from 10 to 15 meters .So is it possible to use soft plastics in this depth for flathead or would it be a waste of time and money ???? also whats plastics ond jigg heads ?? cheers
