  1. So what did you end up getting? I've got a 5' nanospeed 2-4kg and only used it once or twice, need to get out more to use it. Anyway I love the action its got, I could cast lures all day I reckon. Now if only I would harden the *^%# up and get out this winter to have a flick.
  2. Quick update, put the fish finder and transducer on there mounts, now I'll just need to put it on the inflatable. I'll be able to remove it when not in use or slide the transducer up when I approach a beach. I've also added those dinghy wheels so I can set it up in the car park and just roll it out to where I want to launch. Also made leash holders to hold the fish finder and the rod holder.
  3. Hi Choicebro, the dimensions are 16.5cm x 9.5cm x 2.5cm L x W x H Really after one with 9 compartments not the ones with 6. Well try and contact Shimano, but I've been told that they don't stock these ones anymore by 2 shops.
  4. Hi, if anyone knows any tackle stores that has this Shimano small tackle box, can you pm me. I need it because I can put the rest of my bream lures in so when I get around taking my rubber ducky out I'll have the tackle I need in my storage I've made. thanks
  5. Awsome result, well done for you and ur mrs for braving the cold.
  6. Just wait and see, I'll post it when its 100% finished Mmm, now that I think about it a stereo would be a good addition. The inflatable boat is only a small 2.4m with a hard 3 piece aluminum floor. Its rolled up and put into the boot even the motor goes into the boot, only takes 10mins to set up and pack away.
  7. Hi raiders, its taken some time, but here and there I managed to finish 99% of an under seat storage for my inflatable boat so I can put my tackle boxes, soft plastics, keys, tools, and a battery in. I brought this rubber ducky just to explore and to have some fun around the bays and rivers, lakes, and to get to the sand island at Windang in summer, beat the crowds if you know what I mean. Its also easily fits in the boot of any car. I've even gone to the extent of putting a fishfinder 12v power point and lights so people can see me more better. It may be over the top but I like to building things. On days were I don't want to take the bigger boat out and just want to go along then this is good for me. My first first boat was an inflatable so I know to be careful not to get the hooks suck in it. Anyway here is the almost end result. once its completely finished I'll take photos of it on the boat itself. Hope u enjoy.
  8. Gold, that was one good story, he must of been so happy. I shared this story with my wife and she loved it as well. Keep it up if you can, he won't forget it either.
  9. Gold, but I don't think I could use it, because my wife would of joined me. Nice fish, pitty about the other two. thanks for posting
  10. Great catch mate, even better releasing. How many babies would she produce. A big thumbs up for you.
  11. Were you under the bridge or on top. Cause how the hell would u bring that beast up from the bridge. Well done on your catches. That bridge looks pretty empty, no cars = no eggs. You really have windang worked out.
  12. Thats an awesome 3 day outing. Pitty about the jew, at least you got a nice feed and those squid are huge.
  13. Now that's a top session. Surface action with light gear would of been awesome begin there. Thanks for sharing.
  14. Great catch. Wish I could of got out there today, weather so good.
  15. If your rod was pointing up that might be the problem. When you spin from the rocks your rod faces down. Also when you spin from the rocks your not spinning at 3 knots its a lot slower. Maybe try and lower your rod tip, and if the rod is to stiff that can effect it as well especially if it's pointing up. Hope that helps.
  16. Nice going. I started at 3.30am empty well not many boats maybe ten. Finished about 11am with donuts. Lost 2 squid jigs and an anchor. The boat ramp was a full house. People waiting for others to leave on foreshore rd. Still a nice day, would off been better with ur squids though.
  17. That was a funny read. Top catch. Wish I had days like that on the boat. Thanks for posting. Needed that laugh.

  21. Hi raiders, anyone know to mix 40ml to the ratio of 20:1. Twenty being the inflatable adhesive and One being the hardener. Thanks
  22. What a blast, it seems you guys had botany bay all to yourselves, cant believe how flat it is. Can I ask what size boat do you have and the model, it's very clean and plenty of room. Kept the vids coming.
