    how are ya mate iv have been going to wallys warf port hacking and captain cooks bridge im finding blue colour is working good at night and you pinks and oranges working good in the day

    Started Last night cathing up with few raiders & catch some squid.

    SQUININ, RAFINX, & SARA. (really nice people)Hi guys.

    I only managed 2 squid, but not to worry gotta get up early anyway chase up some more.

    Headed straight to pittwater for some squid. 1st spot no luck wasted no time so we moved on.

    2nd spot 1st cast Im on, my mate says weres the net. I think to myself not again. :mad3:

    I get the little bugger boat side & it gets off. NOT HAPPY JAN.

    We moved again. 1st cast I get snagged :wacko: There was no way I was losing this jig. I didnt have

    a spare of this colour. So I dive in to retrive it. approx 3mtr deep I get 1/2 down it comes loose. :thumbup:

    Dry off try another spot. 1st cast Im on again. This time the little bugger had all his tenticle hooked

    I was able to lift it straight in, by this time it was getting late needed to get fishing.

    Off to Barrenjoey, Sounder was full of fish. Looked promising.

    On goes the live squid. Not even a minute the rod is buckled over. After a few minutes 65cm is onboard :yahoo:

    My 1st king & its legal, I could have done a little dance on the boat. while I busy unhooking my mate is on with a strip bait.

    In total we landed 12 kept 5 legals. good day but very hot :thumbup:

    it was meetiiny you zed we ended up with 16 squid didn't get home till 3 am i got 6 my 2 mates got 5 each

    You have the same idea as me, once my trailor is up and going, and the motor has had its make over, im heading to jervis bay to hit up the squids there. thanks for the offer, ill consider it, but i should be good because im a 3rd yr apprentice for cars, even tho outboards confuse me tons, i still got a basic idea on whats wrong, and how to fix it.

    Im a do it yourself type of person, until it breaks. :)

    I have one of these and have yet to catch anything on it, I switch back to a non warm

    skin jig and Im on again.

    i only used to use yo zuri jigs when i was out squiding with my mates i was getting 2 or 3 squid now me and my mates are using warm jacket squid jigs we get a minamum of 6 or more each like example last week me and my mate and 10 other fishos were squiding at wallys warf me and him were using warm jacket and we were the only ones that caught squid im not saying that the yo zuri jigs arnt any good im just saying when the squid arnt biting i find that the warm jacket are working the best for me . lol i should be getting paid from yamashita 4 this lol

    ive always wanted to target them, but never knew where to find them, it would be something different, may have to read up on it. good stuff tho, they are a gun bait.
