  1. seems a bit quiet for Hill 60. Were others catching many?
  2. thats pretty normal usually more fish in the morning but occasionally a school will come through and you get multiple hookups

    worms on the sandflats just inside the northern breakwall will get you a few whiting
  5. well there is a vietnamese word for bream so definitely there

  7. were they the tiny little black spiders? I was getting them on the lane cove
  8. salmon/tailor you can catch them off either breakwall though northern breakwall seems to be more popular

    peeled prawns dad hooked a school jewie along the red area about 6 months ago fishing for fun was about 55cm but skinny

    yellow spot is good for bream too but can get snaggy earlier in the year we caught about 10 legal bream between 3 of us within 2 hours in the yellow spot with the largest around 35cm
  15. fishing's usually best in the late afternoon on the run out tide was getting bag limits in 2 hours back in december my dad said there hasn't been many whiting lately but the beach is fishing fairly well he caught 2 60-70cm flatties and a 80cm jewfish mid last week
  16. that thing is huge wonder if it's broken any records and I thought 80-90cm flatties were big
