how do you guys rank the best fish for sashimi qualities?? (Sydney caught only ) rank the ones you have tried in order of preference I'd say: trevally kingfish flattie yellowtail

a girl got stung at my 21st this weekend...she got picked up by a tinnie, taken to a water taxi and then to palm beach wharf where the ambulance was...I wasn't there but apparently she was completely out of it right and just totally screaming up until she got a big dose or morphine...she didn't even know how she'd got to the ambulance afterwards

this week I'm delivering a 30ft boat from the gold coast to sydney - by sea not highway. we're going to put in first at Coffs harbour and then at Port Stephens, then all the way to Sydney. I'm very excited. What fishing needs to be done ? I'm open to all types, and don't everyone say marlin at SWR! It'd be really good if people could be quite specific.

you would never import a boat with an engine into australia....there are no advantages to it. it could be worthwhile to import a hull....but get a fishing boat. that thing has not an ounce of utility

i saw one off north head a week ago. They seem to be able to fly about 50m, change directions and maintain altitude. they look pretty cool

why don't you do google search for them. nice and easy for everyone. You might have some difficutly with 'Shacks' though. I think its a cove east of washaway beach

Namesay, how close to the bottom do you tend to downrig or do you look for the bigmarks and adjust to that depth? Im thinking of getting a downrigger on the weekend, i've been postponing it for too long! good report namesay, you sound like you know what your doing
