That was like us on nic nat on Saturday . Had a marlin just over shelf in the morning hit the long corner , then jump off then come back an hit long rigger , the marlin went mental as it hit the lure an jumped towards the boat tail dancing an throwing hooks . Both bites were dead on tide changes . Good water out wide round 1000fathoms but too much current an swell on sat . Hopefully nail them on Sunday again . First marlin for season still up for grabs . Headed down to belambi this morning to try our luck at the snapper again . Went to our usual marks , plenty of bait on the sounder so anchored up . After a constant burley trail we had several livies in the tank . Fished with squid an flesh baits on snelled rigs . Rod buckles an pull up a nice 2kg red . Stoked bout hour later I decided to butterfly a yellowtail on a snelled rig an cast it out. 15min later my rod buckles drag peeling . Set hooks an fight the fish for good 15min . Up comes my PB snapper 72cm going just under 5kg . Stoked to say the least . All uo ended up with 6 reds an a nice gummy shark . Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I've got a 6.1 Barcrusher an takes me round 1 hour from sylvania boat ramp to brown s in good conditions . Always watch for a westerly change , you don't want to be stuck wide in a small trailer boat . Always carry spare 20l of fuel to be safe

We fished south belambi on say aswell ! Lots of current . Oy managed one snapper an mowong ! Very quiet
