that document looks like its dated 2002, and i know its still being fished all the time and its not excluded in any of the tournaments. also rod and reel is hand held line, isn't it?
And Stewy would be in a lot of trouble cause thats one of his favourites haunts

hey mate
do you mean 3in flat back prawns, with the long feelers? they are tackle craft sps. They are one of the best prawn imatations i've seen.

lol your a nut billy we make the call to go squidn on sunday for something different now your asking if their gonna be there or not
it dont matter if their there or not we can never find them
as normal we'll hit the harbour try for squid get none keep an eye out for something busting up on the surface which wont happen so we'll head back up river and chase bream again and finally go home empty handed
see ya at the ramp
thanks again for your vote of confindence
hope you realise when i do catch a couple of inkers you aint getting any salt and pepper calamari rings.
see ya at the ramp nice and early

If i didn't know any better i would have said that catching Kingies was a breeze........
thats what it seemed like when Wacko took me out last week
Catch the bait (squidies), rig them up on a downrigger, troll for 5-10 m, hook up on a fish, get you arms nearly ripped out of the socket, boat the fish, EASY.
Did this for a couple of hours for about 15 kingies, most in the 70-78cm mark
sounds easy, but i think most of you know that it takes years of accumlated knowledge and time on the water to make it look that easy, thanks Jack.
on the way back to the ramp, hit a school breaking up on the surface and had fun on light gear landing a mix of fat sambos and rat kings,
you don't get many better days fishing
i know you've all seen one before but the photos are my first couple of kingies. ( for the record my very first was 59cm, these are 75 and 78) and yes i still can't wipe that smile off my dial
