Arrived at Berowra Waters ramp about 7am and headed up past the ferry to try our luck for flathead with some squidgies on the outgoing tide. Lyn and I caught 4 just undersize and 1 keeper on squidgies also one just undersize bream on chicken.
Decided to go up the river around Bar Point etc. not much luck until about 1pm Lyn had a good hit but didn't hook it and then my rod bent over and screamed. After a short fight landed my pb Jewie caught on a small Hawkesbury prawn.
Took some happy snaps and let it go for another day.
Didn't catch much but had a great day on the water.
