I assume its a govt stocked area? if so they are still pumping stack of money into stocking... youd think the fish would be there.

I;ll never get tired of catching these mud suckers! Saw something today that i have never seen before, a whopping great carp jumped out of the water! weird hey! anyhow I only managed one fish and it wasnt a monster but still fun on my 2kg setup also stumbled across this upstream quietly decaying in a small section of rapids

like krause said. and take care out there. its a tricky one and I wouldnt fish it in a southerly.

hooked one but it busted off, fed a bunch of them (incorrectly baited) and saw a bunch (about 6) big ones in some weird spawning/mating dance.... now a report i guess. ...oh and a tortoise pinched all my burly. :/
