ive been there twice in as many weekends for tailor fishin where the bridge opens up fishing the ocean side on a run out tide for bait to take to the beach and i was absolutely saddened as i didnt get a hit both times where as this time last year and many years i used to get tailor from this spot every single drop unbeleivable and also used to see thousands of fish swimmin around and only seen 2 of those big pike that frequents the bridge also forgot to add spot b in the pic is where i caught my pb flathead 87cm long 4.9 kg one of the happiest moments of my fishing experiences and to see the peoples faces when i let her go was priceless

been fishing for jews for years now and caught heaps of soapies and stuff but absolutely stolked with my first central coast beach jew all my persistance has paid off and what a thrill to catch these bigger ones are took me bout ten mins to bring in and what about those massive headshakes jus unreal a it was taken on a full pillie on 10 kg line with a 20kg leader the fish was spot on 1m long and went a lil over 10 kgs hopefully catch a 20kg model next time fishful thinking lol

hey raiders this is me 1st post jus wondering if any 1 has any info on flatties in lake illawarra went their 2 day used fresh baits some nice plastics n didnt get a hit and if any jewies frequent the big breakwall outa windang beach went their sunday night caught 2 very healthy salmon bout 2 to 3 kilos (estimate) used em as bait got 2 nice runs then the buggers spat the bait whole unscaved ready 2 go bak out only thing i can put it down 2 that elusive jewie iv ben huntn 4 so long also goin down 2 stanwell park beach in the next coupla days should b good if the weather holds up keep ya posted "cheers"
