  3. Hello fellow Raiders, Had 2 hours to kill so I just walked down to the rocks along the manly to Spit walk. Had my 9yo daughter with me so was hoping for a bit of excitement. Ended up with 2 good size flatties of 37cm and 36cm and a 30cm Tailor which really make my daughter smile as it was on her line and pulling drag from her small bream outfit. The larger flattie was caught on a shallow diving lure and the other 2 on salted cubed pillies. All in all a fun way to kill some time. Happy holidays Guys and Gals. PS sorry about the pics, don't know why they ended up this way.
  4. Nice bream and a good post. Ive just gotten into lures for bream but I have to say its addictive

  9. Gday fellow fishos, Found this old pic from 2003 on Sydney Harbour. My 35th Bday present was a fishing trip on Syd harbour. Even he was a little surprised when I bought it up and brings back memories of a good day so I thought id share. Cheers, Mark Scan_0001.pdf
  10. Gday gang, Yesterday afternoon decided to take a walk late along the manly to spit walk. Plenty of shallow spots where I know the bream hang around in low light. Armed with some salty pillies, a light rod and 2 hours to kill here are the results. 3 bream 30 to 37cm in length. Happy fishing.
  11. Good job mate, I wont get into the "pound for pound'' saga, but nothing beats a good days fishing.
