  6. Hi all I was hoping to get some help from you guys. Just wondering if I am doing something wrong as the title implies in regards to beach fishing. Yesterday afternoon (12/1/17) I went to narrabeen beach planning to fish the high tide at 9.30pm. 2hrs either side of the tide. I picked my spot which had a nice gutter about 20mtrs from shore. I set my gear up which is a 15 foot nitro Frankenstein rod with 20lbs braid and 20lbs leader on a shimano Sedona fe 4000 Bait of choice was chicken marinated in garlic and soy sauce (coles) and I had tuna pellets as berley. Fished from 7.30pm-10.30pm with out a bite. There were a few other guys fishing there too, but didn't look like they were catching either. Just want to know if i am doing something wrong? Fufu
  7. Used to some nice bream/tailor and mullet just to the left of kymeeagh boat ramp. Haven't been there recently so I don't know how good it is. Futher up river is pretty good too. Right next to st George stadium near the bridge. Sand side of the break wall looks ok too. Try live nippers there.
  8. I saw your last report post about Peppercorn. Wouldn't mind trying that out too. Looks ok
  9. Thanks for tip Always wondered if Coogee beach itself was productive

Try the beaches along the eastern suburbs. Primarily maroubra beach. Preferably on a run in tide. I know you said night fishing but just be cautious of surfers
  12. Well done mate. Some nice fish there
  13. Such a helpful site Recommend it
  14. Fantastic stuff there! Didnt realise you could catch kingies from the shore. Especially at Brighton lol Again well done boys
  15. Such a good bait. Variety of fish go for it
  16. Some nice fish there mate. Well done What bait did the damage if you don't mind me asking?
  17. Nice stuff mate. Well done. I hear black fish are dirty fighters
  18. Surely this form of fishing would greatly increase your chances of landing a fish. Locate good gutters, holes etc drop the bait and wait You'd have better chances in the estuaries too. Around moored boats, structures etc (land based)
  19. I thought it was ok up to a certain height/distance?
