    Gday fellow raiders, been awhile since I’ve posted but I’ve been busy fishing. Hit the George’s to a stretch of river I like to call spot X 🤣 being open to learning new things and trying new lures I decided to throw on a Atomic semi hard VIB40 on that’s been in my tackle box for about 12 months and 2nd cast I caught my PB flathead on a lure, Was a good day on the vibe till I lost it to a snag all fish were released to fight another day 🤙🏽

    Most of my spots are exposed at low tide so when the tide comes in the fish come in and eat everything so there’s bare on the rocks but I’ve heard bread also does the trick

    Hey raiders, winter is upon us and I’m keen to give black fishing a go anyone know any spots to collect weed in Wollongong or sydney? I know a few spots where blackfish hang around just need to find some fresh weed to try and get some of the black beasts, I’ve jagged them on prawn before but never tried solely targeting them but I’m keen to crack a PB on a winter breed this season! any tips would also be helpful!     I’ll have to try it out, I’m going to give the plastics a solid crack since I got lucky on the hard bodies I have a few grubs and paddle tails hopefully they do the trick

    That’s good news they were a pest while fishing Hopefully there’s no one out at all tomorrow even fishieries haha I don’t want to be bothered by anyone I forgot to get a fishing license today lol but hopefully it’ll be all good with catch and release

    Hey fellow raiders Took the kayaks out on the weekend launched at Illawong at about 6am and fished that side of the George’s river opposite to the restaurant at Lugarno I paddled up river about 600m and drifted along some mangroves as the tide came in and ended up with a few good fish water quality has picked up the fish look healthy, was lucky enough to jag a flatty on a hardbody which was a first for me so I was more then happy with the session also had to watch out for jet skis they were coming in hot lol

    Hey raiders just wondering on how to catch bloodworms or sandworms I’ve watched a few clips on YouTube but was wondering if anyone had a debrief on how to do it or had some tips for me on where to get started cheers

    Hey guys, just wondering if anyone one had any tips on where to flick some hard bodies and soft plastics around Sydney harbour I’ve seen some big bream in there and I’m new to lure fishing and was thinking some land based action around there would be a good way to get started I live south west of Sydney but it isn’t a bad drive, or if anyone knew any good spots to get started
