[i like that one mate.. i tried to make it look better by giving it some colour after editing the picture and uping the enhancer and hue... overdid It.... im eating it now and its nice.. when i cleaned it it had a bleedin' half a whiting in its tummy.... maybe thats why it tastes so nice LOL!!!

Went for a blackfish session at my usual spot in sydney harbour....only caught one lol!!
I came across a pillie on the rocks and placed it on a ganged hook setup.. no weight and threw off the beach..... ended up with this on the slow retrieve...pretty lucky day. it was pretty banged up.. one eyes was all grey and looked like a prop had hit her under the head....dinner tonight

[Yes mate.. they are pretty sizeable.... drifted off maroubra on the weekend to get 14 nice lizards and 8 big jackets... only lost one rig... was careful not to touch the lines with bait smelly hands.... wretched things!

[mate we were out on saturday too.... fished off maroubra and surrounds and got caught in that southerly.... geez it was a rough ride back to the botany heads and no fun in the bay either...... stuffed at the end of the trip and sore ......heaps of jackets and we trolled from the heads down to wedding cakes...not a touch.. water is chilly... good luck

fished the bottom off cape banks today with a mixed bag in 33 metres....before we got hit with a southerly buster...... I think the weather guys got the forecast a tad wrong from yesterday.... anyways hard going but it paid off... and only one rig lost.. some of the jackets were a good size...

Hi Fellow Raiders.. had the pleasure of cruising down the south coast ( stanwell park to bellambi ) and have seen some great catches down that way.. what has caught my eye has been some very healthy lizards boated ( today at bellambi boat ramp )...the plan during the week is to head down that way and try the hump for maybe some reds and maybe get some lizards ( so as to keep in the good books with ball & chain ) ... a bloke told me there is a good drift off belambi.. can anyone help oput with a spot off belambi... i thought it was all reef...can get out 50 metres no probs ..
thanks for any tips and I hope you all get your share.......of fish that is...!
