yeah mate i built the rod myself 13ft and alvey reel 9kg main 30 kg leader yeah it had a good run

Went to beach last night with some live bait no big jewies got a couple of good hits and runs,but went home early to many sharks,got 5 sharks in total returned 4 and kept 1,caught a little 60cm soapie let him go

40 lb leader is perfect for jews of the beach,i even use 60lb leader when i am using big live bait.
