    I fished Lane Cove River and IC (Rodd's Pt) yest evening. Started at LCR and waded on the sand banks, ....using 3" watermelon soft plastics. No bites at all except for toads. Walked the bank but nothing. Then headed to Rodds Pt, and went to the tip. Lost a couple of SPs as got snagged. No fish as well. I am fairly new to SPs. Tried doing the rod actions and all. what am i doing wrong? Also i am getting line twist. is this common with using SPs? And how do i avoid snags? pls help thanks
