offtap1 Posted May 20, 2006 Share Posted May 20, 2006 20/05/06 Hi Again , ventured out to Fad Wide Botany for yet another dollie hunt , met with predicted choppy conditions for Pm at 6.30 am. Blowing a gale before we even dropped a line. Took a mate Joe for his first Dolly hunt and only my third , wasnt disapointed as dollies still there to play , bit smaller but mad fun, boated 11 for family feed and threw back extras who also didnt mind a play. All taken on pillies weighted and un-weighted, didnt bother with livies , some times having three rods running at same time, kept adrenalin pumping not even concerned about sloppy conditions. Slow run home in sloppy conditions but swell dropped about 6 kms from heads making a bit more comfortable. Another top day , cant get enough of these mad fighting species. Back at Port ramp 11am.
