ilk fish
What are tailor like as an eating fish??? i have never tried one i have only ever user them for bait.... tailor are a great fish to eat. Rember to always keep them in good condition, from the very start ie. place them in iced seawater with blocks of ice as soon as they are caught. I have mine filleted, no bones or skin. place them in a pot of water that has already had some rice (tea cup) and risoni (looks like rice, buts its pasta) boiled earlier, then let the tailor fillets simmer under a low boiling heat. at end throw in squashed tomataoes and garlic, and some olive oil,, drain most of the boiled water, and yu would end up with one of the most tastiest dishes ever. good apetite
