stevefish
they are not silent but less than a ratchet click, unless the ratchet is turned on. . natch. you wont even hear it when you are still using it in 2020. try one in the shop they are no louder under load. drdonjuan9
I used to own a TLD 20, pretty robust. I reckon is a pretty good reel for the money. The beauty of the ratchet it can be switched on/off. have you tried the new saltigaZ reels? they look great very robust and does not deform at high pressure cause its a aluminium frame. cheers, drdonjun9
james1990
Hi there, i own a 20-2speed and a 25 and they are great all rond reels, they get dropped on the deck doused in saltwater out on our boat, washed after every use and regularly serviced and they have performed great, a extremely smooth drag to.. cheers james
