numbnuts Posted October 9, 2006 Share Posted October 9, 2006 While fishing in Cowan recently ,I spotted a bouy close to shore in a little bay.It was hard to see because it was painted in Navy style camo paint.When I went up to it I saw that it was a fishtrap,baited and set with 4 bream in it.I always thought that Cowan was offlimits to the pros.Does anyone know for sure?The bouy has the LFB number on it.
