Nel
Hi all, I stumbled acroos this forum yesterday and I've gotta say I love it! I don't get out fishing as often as I used to do to work constraints but what I'd like to know is if anyone can recommend a good spot either oh the southern side of the harbour, Botany Bay or the Georges River where i can go with my 7 year old son fishing so I can get him to love it as much as I do. I grew up fishing for yakkas and bream at places like the Watsons Bay bathes, Pier Two and the baths around the western shore of Botany Bay when they had the planks you could walk out on. Nowadays, everything seems to have been closed off for fishing. Not only do we have to pay to go fishing, but us non-boaties have less options than we used to. Anyway, once again I look forward to chatting to ppl on this forum. Nel

Thanks Netic. I might give it a try. I've read some good feedback on some other threads so it may be the place to go. Nel
