Fishing Port Hacking

After some fishing in sydney harbour, i decided to try and fish Port Hacking (specially when actually closer to port hacking than iam to the harbour).

I know i can pump yabbies from maianbar if i wanna chase bream, whiting and flatties and etc.

If i want to chase some kingies or jews. Where are some spots where i can likely to get squid? and livies? Cheers guys!

Dean Not sure on the squid but the 2 spots I know of for Yakka , inside the southern headland or the northern side of Shark Island.

If not aware , Shark Island is just South of Nth Cronulla beach

just regarding to pumping yabbies at the maianbar, which section of the maianbar is the best and safest place to pump? Cause i've seem some waves breaking in the area, dont want to be stuck in that. Cheers!

nah mainbar doesnt break, i think your thinking of bonnivale which backs out onto mainbar...

A good spot to get yabbies is inside that channel near fishermans bay.
