martinc
Fished on Tuesday, had 3 live yakkas and one slimy. The yakkas were untouched, while the slimy caught a good taylor first, then a 61cm king (sons' first) on the remaining chopped up, half a slimy. I have got them inconsistently at Clifton Jetty, and the Balmoral drop over (eating purple jellyfish) on flashy bait jigs. Any other ideas? gone_wishin
I've found them around Quarrantine bay and the inner most point of North Head (Harbour side of North Head).
netic
You can get them pretty big at some close reefs within afew kms of Sydney Heads but they are too big to use as Rat Baits.....great hoodlum baits though... There is always a school of small slimies around the harbour moving around....last year we used to catch heaps of watsons bay wharf, straight of the SGFC wharf, but you gotta be a member to get access there
