humesy Posted May 31, 2007 Posted May 31, 2007 Howdy again, Would love to install a circulating live bait tank for my new pride and joy. Can anyone recommend a specialist, preferrably on the north side. I figure a budget of $700 should get me there. Cheers
johnno Posted May 31, 2007 Posted May 31, 2007 (edited) $700 should get you there for sure there is a plastic/poly one that a few shops have and has all plumbing sorted similiar to kings rule live bait tank but he had a little problem that needed sorting out pics are gone but thread click me the main boat stores and our sponsors have them also have them the approx size is 580 x 335mm, height 435mm. they retail for around $269 mark but it also depends on how much bait you wish to hold. Also and space you wish to use on your boat . then if you go custom how much weight it will be There are many fisho,s who go to all the trouble of make there own and work really well and exactly to there needs. Edit-Just seen pic of your boat i would go a smaller one as i earlier described. Edited May 31, 2007 by johnno

I used a tub from a caravan shop, a stainless scoop on the transom and a pump straight on top of it. The whole setup came in under $200 and works a treat. Sorry no photos cause the boat is out of town at the moment. The tub is white with a black screw down lid and is small enough that I can just tip the whole thing over the side at the end of the day. Probably one of the sponsors can do the work. Cheers Adam.
Chris 55 Posted May 31, 2007 Posted May 31, 2007 Humesy Give Watto's a call, Sean can set you up with a live bait tank package He usually has the oval white Bermuda ones around the $250 mark I think Chris
