KingsRule
Hey guys , went out to spot X with lurespinner this morning in hope of kingfish.........short lived plan that was! as the sun rose there was so much sh*t in the water , a steady breeze blowing from the south and the water was a tannen colour.. bugger all happening so we decided to move to spot Y Got there and the water was now like coffee , with milk. Flicked around some plastic's , tom picked up 2 flattys within 2 casts! a nice model just under 50cm , and another that would have been pushing legal. Then it was my turn and i got one about a minute later about 40~45cm the current slowed and so did the fishing, toms mate suddenly hooked up BIGTIME on a flickbait , it was a bloody decent fish what ever it was, but bustoff's are inevitable when your fishing about 7m from moorings. It was pretty dead and suddenly , somehow, i managed my 1st bream on plastics was using a nice big jighead aswell! , he didnt want to give it back either! After that it was completley dead apart from the odd tailor hookup left about 11.30 Rob
mrmoshe
Not a bad session considering the water quality atm. Not surprised to see the flatties on the bite though...they always seem to feed no matter what the water's like. Nice bream on SP's too..Well done. Cheers, Pete. zen801
Mate one word on the bust off. JEWIEEEEEE. I know that spot and have caught jewies there. If you could have hung on for the first run u might have got him. Most jews are lost on that first blistering run. Anyway man u did better than me as two trips over weekend in MH and beach produced nudda. Cheers and by the way i think jewfish rule LOL.
