MGibbo
After a very frustrating few weeks of computer and internet problems I'm finally back online. I just want to report on a recent night fish down on the Hawkesbury just before the cool and wet weather blew in. Picked up my son (the pirate) from a party at Cowan at 8.30pm and headed for Brooklyn and "Spot M". I'm happy to say we had a great night with a few big bust offs, stingrays and port jacksons but I was thrilled to catch 2 jews (1 keeper at 46cm). Cooked it for my inlaws for breaky and it was delicious.

Mondo Rock
I was just going to say - your son appears to be a very early bloomer!! Assuming he was at a fancy dress party the real test is to guess what he went as. Hmmmm, I'm going to go with Captain Jack Sparrow!!?

You picked it in one - I felt quite safe fishing with him until he took off his costume and then appeared to look sleezy.
gretsch
Bloody nice jewie..... I am yet to land one over about 30cm. The Pirate looked a little bit "Pimpish" without the rest of the costume...

MGibbo
Well done! Nice fish - is Spot M for "McGibbo's spot"? Cheers Roberta Hi Roberta - I didn't think I could call it the "G Spot", so spot "M" it is. Thought it would be a little different from Spot X or XYZ.
