I think I saw you guys out there yesterday.When you came around, judging from the "enthusiasm" not many of you guys were keen to jig!!!. I was in the Blue boat about 100m from where your skipper started to sound around.

I think TRUE kingie fishermen LOVE winter. This is the time when the monsters are easier to come by. Now that spring is around the corner, the bigger fish are around in good numbers. Been getting a few around 15kg...still waiting for that 20kg for the year....perhaps next time. Say hi if you see me around!!Cheers Kelvin

And you aren't wrong about the toughness of the modern Jigging Specialist, its serious work!

If you don't mind me asking, where were you fishing. Not asking for GPS coordinates or anything, just wondering if the fish are wide off Sydney?
