namesay Posted August 16, 2007 Share Posted August 16, 2007 I think I saw you guys out there yesterday.When you came around, judging from the "enthusiasm" not many of you guys were keen to jig!!!. I was in the Blue boat about 100m from where your skipper started to sound around. I think TRUE kingie fishermen LOVE winter. This is the time when the monsters are easier to come by. Now that spring is around the corner, the bigger fish are around in good numbers. Been getting a few around 15kg...still waiting for that 20kg for the year....perhaps next time.
