Kruzenvax Posted October 30, 2008 Share Posted October 30, 2008 Hi all, Some time ago I asked if my 7lb bomb is too light for the trolling I do. After reading the answers I decided to get a heavier bomb and got a 10lb fish-shaped shiny monster. My question is: on an old bomb I had 2 snaps/towing points: one - in the middle - for the wire and one - near the tail fin - for the release clip. On the new one there is only one "towing point" - in the middle. So how should I connect the release? I'm afraid if I use the middle point, the release line will be touching the fin... Apologies if I'm not making myself clear (new to the terminology)... perhaps I should draw a picture? Thanks for your help Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
the1murph Posted October 30, 2008 Share Posted October 30, 2008 yeh mate i know what u mean.... is it a shark bomb? maybe u should just get a longer release clip or drill a small hole in the back fin of the bomb...
