fisherboy
My dad and me went back to port kembla today. On the way to the heads we saw about 15 boats on the way back to the ramp so we dident know what to expect. There was only ment to be a 1 meter swell but bit looked and felt bigger than a 2 metre We decided to say in side and drift the whole day First cast and i was on 20 seconds later i was busted off Reriged and second cast a was on again and boated this one it went 66cm it the esky for dinner> And third cast i was on again and it went 57(was Released). At this point my dad took my rod and said i cant fish until he caught a king. While i was riging up his rod he finally land a king it went 60cm. (so he's happy )(was Released). We set up for another drift and just as we finnish the drift and are about to move my rod goes off and i land a 59cm king(was Released). Next drift we get a double hookup and i drop my and my dads laughing as he gets busted off so im at the back . Most of the day was like that untill about 1oclock and it went quiteso we moved spots a couple of times and we watched a cargo carrer come in. We get the boat on the tralier about 2 Pics form the day. We had fun all day cant go fishing next weekend we got a weeding to go to. fisherboy Edited February 2, 2009 by fisherboy

OnAking
Hi Fisherboy, Congrats on so many fish ... must feel awesome. Mate i am by no means trying to put you down or cause a drama, but just to inform you the legal size limit of Kingfish has gone up from 60cm to 65cm as of a few yrs ago.. Just be mindful of this and keep fishing hard.. Cheers
