james7 Posted April 29, 2009 Share Posted April 29, 2009 Hi pescatore Before I bought my boat about 10 years ago, I fished landbased quite a few times from outside the Novotel all the way up to Dolls Point. Up around the groynes was probably the most successful for me. The hour before and after dusk the best time too, although I didn't really go early morning very often. I mainly caught flathead, bream, tailor and trevally. If it was quiet, I'd just move 50m along the beach. Good luck for your mate.
