Geoff
Swordies. Perhaps another aspect to consider is " location " in addition or part of targeting a specific or range of species , Eg , Back to the Bay. Locations like Pt Hacking , Upper Georges River ( maybe already covered with Blackfish) , Paramatta River or the Hawksbury The issue may be a finding a suitable venue for both boat & vehicals access for the BBQ gear & land based anglers. If you think this may be an option , Raiders with good knowledge of these areas may be able to suggest a suitable location Geoff Edited July 28, 2009 by Geoff

After we establish what species we can look at suitable venues. We chose the locations previously after careful risk assessment and other considerations. We have to look at access for all including disabled, toilet facilities etc. Some areas we pay the council for use and access depending on amount of people attending. There is actually a lot that goes on behind the scenes of a fishraider social and thank you for your input. Cheers mrsswordfisherman
