Aqua Naut
Hi the best way to catch the salmon is to have a 10 gram gillies all silver with white glitter. You will hook up every throw. The salmon are all over the 3kg mark so use nothing less than 15lb line. I lost 4 lures the other day on 12 lb line and could stop them. That's my tip!!! framedtrash
I prefer to keep it light nothing over 8lb takes longer to get the fish in but it's a hell of alot more fun

Keflapod
CJ ! Well done on a nice catch of trevs. They are all a decent size as well. Were they lured or baited ? The water in the bay is 20 degrees ATM so it might be worth venturing into the 'summer' spots to see if the fish have started biting there... Day's Fishin
Good catch from a yak mate, I'll have to try it one day. I've never liked trev's to eat, how about a receipe for them so I can try them again & maybe add another keeper to my larder. Regards Jeff
