zen801
G'day all! Went for a fish this morning and ran into Greg who had an awesome kingie on board. I took a photo for him as he had no camera. Good to meet ya Greg and well done on the kings. Good to see the water temp over 20C with plenty of baitfish to be had. I managed a few fish but nothing like The whopper in the pic. Cheers Edited October 30, 2009 by zenman

I managed a few fish but nothing like The whopper in the pic. Cheers Hey Zenman Many, many, many thanks for taking that pic, I was on the phone to greg when that fish hit, and got help him it was pure mayhem. I was pretty ticked off when he wasnt able to take a pic, (should have got him a digi cam for his bday) but thanks for us, and him you came by! Your a legend Zenman, Greg owes you for the pic, next time he or both of us (Dan) run into you we owe you a beer. As a small thank you. God bless raider!!!!!!!! Had another good mate of yours Zenman, and a very, very good mate of ours on standby at the spit for glory pics, Hook'm awaiting for Greg with a coldy to settle the adrenaline That fish fell to a whole squid to those interested, in Middle Harbour and stretch his arms and abilities to the limits with 3 rods down. He will never learn, lol. To all those that know Greg he sends his many thanks, as his phone and my alike has been ringing all day, and I turned mine off 2 hours ago. To conclude, he bagged another 5 rats or so, and anoter raider turned up to be sharked . At this point Greg turned his sights onto this thing, 2mins of burley, 1 nice bait, and 10mins later, ONE very angry bull shark of 5-7ft was alongside the boat. DIdnt make it aboard,,,,,, tooo much trouble. PS that fish which was gregs PB to date after his 93, measured in at 103cm. Nice fish brother, tasted great Dan Edited October 30, 2009 by Dan and Greg

Cheers Good work Greg, I was the other boat slow trolling the same area and said gday. I didnt have the same success as Greg, but it was a superb day out on the water. I found it tough going without being able to find any live bait that day. Jeff
southerly
Well done Greg, The SMS's from Dan got better and better, and I was in the office Went out in MH today, managed only 2 small cuttles as the squid were scarce for bait and the pickers destroyed them before any kings showed up. Gave up before 7.30. Southerly
