dunc333 Posted November 30, 2009 Share Posted November 30, 2009 hi guys a simple way to check your cable out is to dissconnect from linkrod arm at the motor and try your steering, now the cable does not have weight of motor to move and it should be easy to turn steering wheel,if still tight it is down to 2 things,either cable stuffed or tilt tube needs a hone out.the tilttube is where the cable slides through on the motor.pull cable out of tiltube and try sterring again.if still tight it is your cable.hope this helps a bit as a 115johnny should not be that hard to turn cheers.
