Will This Rain Improve The Hawkesbury?

Just wondering if this crappy weather could have the bonus of bringing the jewies/bream on the bite in the lower Hawkesbury. I have some top jew bait available. Is anyone else going to give it a go. Would be happy to share info on the water tomorrow. Am planning on going out tomorrow morning.

Got out this morning a bit late and the wind had got up. THe guys who got out early seemed to have good bags of flathead. Maybe NYE is the go.

G'day all, I got out this afternoon @ around 3pm, managed a couple of Octopus and a gummie shark at west head, followed by a just legal bream at Juno, plenty of choppy tailer around taking the bait.

Came back to the ramp at around 10:30pm

A great afternoon on the water.

I hit the Hawesbury again yesterday afternoon until around 1:30am.

Nothing other than a small port Jackson Shark. :05:

I had hoped that the high tide at 11pm combined with the Southerly change would bring the fish on the chew, but was wrong. :(

I note a massive absence of Hawkesbury reports in the 'Fishing Reports' Section, and it leaves me wondering 'when the Hawkesbury is going to fire again?'
