Jeffrey.Espiritu
Hi Raiders, Fished Thompsons Creek Dam today with Dad. First casts were in at about 7am and approx 10 casts later I land the first fish of the day a pretty rainbow 41cm on the pink tassie devil. This fish was pretty lively for the early morning and took me for a few good jumps and runs. With a good start we had our hopes up for a hot days trout fishing....however.. it took a fair few casts before my dad is shouting out "Im on.. I just changed my lure and Im on" by the time i make my way over he has pretty much turned the fishes head and it starts to surface...it looked big!! A big male brown..his PB at 57cm and his smile made the trip all worth it!! That was the last fish for the day and we left at about 1:30pm. Only two fish but it was a top days fishin with my dad. Hodgey
Two terrific fish and a beauty for Dad's PB Well done fellas. Those pink Tassie Devils have been around for a hell of a long time and they'll still be catching fish for many years to come Cheers Hodgey

slinkymalinky
Congrats to you both for a couple of great fish and particularly to your dad for his PB Cheers, Slinky
Matt
Noooo, not the Pink Tassie Pair of very nice fish, well done guys. That Rainbow looks very fat too, in top condition. I hear TCD is pretty high (comparitvely speaking of course, higher than it has been) and in the background of your Dad's photo the country looks green, some hope for the return of higher levels yet .
