robeebee Posted March 28, 2011 Share Posted March 28, 2011 on the water at 6am with Dad and again hit the end of the main runway put on a turtle back worm in pumkinseed on my 6 pound set up with a 1/6th ounce jighead 3rd or 4th cast get a few light nudges and the BANG nice hit , couple of head shakes and it's off on a merry run first run is long and low , after that it stays under the boat giving me a bit of curry see a flash of silver and Dad does a great net job in the dark a while later land a nice flattie and so does Dad Dad gets into the action again with a plate sized Flounder my turn next and get a 35cm Reddie their getting bigger in the Bay Tailor start busting up around us and we throw everything at them for no takers Kings move in under them and smash a 6 inch jerk shad of Dads right up to the hook ,bugger a decent King follows my lure right to the boat but shys at the last second what a sight up close few more small flatties and we call it quits Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
