Had frozen pillies and baby squid on board but came up with a "cocktail" bait that seemed to be catching fish left right and centre. It contained 2 squid heads with tentacles and half a pillie. Push the head of one squid onto the hook followed by the half pillie and the second squid head. Theory was that any fish that didnt engulf it straight away but sucked the first squid head off we have to swallow the hook to get to the second squid head.
