Shaggytrevally
Hi all Im hiring a houseboat on the Clyde river for my 40th in June was hoping to do some fishing while there, does any one out there know if there are any fish around at this time of the month i will also have a tinny on the back so wont be restricted to just the house boat. Any advise would be greatly appreciated as there is only so much drinking and sleeping i can handle on a house boat for 4 nights with a bunch of blokes. Cheers Edited April 13, 2012 by shaggytrevally
Kram
Hi Mr S.Trevally, I did same 9 years ago, I think it was also 4 days and 4 blokes, and there was not much fishing done. There are some clips on the utube of a show named "Fishing Australia" of the presenter catching bream and jewies off the back of a houseboat whilst anchored for the night. My do well to check them out. A tip from me ... pay the bit extra to get an outboard on the provided tender, rowing to likely fishing spots is a pain ...
