daniel944
Hi All I live quite close to the Duck River that runs from Silverwater through to Auburn. I was wondering if anyone has ever fished it? Carp? Mullet? perhaps even Bass?
brickman
it runns from silverwater to rose hillthere are heaps off mullet and bream but it was the most polluted water way west off hombush bay i may be thinking off duck creek that runns to rosehill behind the old rta site good place to catch bait but i'll give you two tips never eat fish from there and don't dig in the mud as you will get gassed from polution in the mud 18inches down very toxic a good place to stayaway from cheers gary
Yowie
Having worked in the Auburn area, I would suggest you keep away from it, extremely polluted, dead animals in the water, car parts, chemicals, etc.
stevefish
and all types of fishing banned.

Gator
I fished Duck Creek when I was a young teenager back in the early 80's. We caught plenty of eels up South Granville end, some big buggers too. Also use to catch mullet at the Clyde weir. It has always been polluted, and got worse over the years. I wouldnt stick my toe in it now.
