Bigfella
Last week fished around Great Barrier Island NZ using soft plastics, live bait, poppers and jigs. Caught and released over 100 fish a day between six of us. Snapper to ten kegs and kings over Twenty kegs. Just goes to show how a fishery can be if its looked after. arpie
It is amazing over there, isn't it?? You don't even need to go all the way to Great Barrier, either! I was fishing from a yak there last year at the Coromandel & was busted off by a big snapper, caught heaps of smaller ones. One guy got a huge snapper & kingie during the comp & won easily! Well done!!Roberta
SargeRX8
I know where I plan to go when going on a fishing trip. Look at those fish!

Scratchie
You didn't catch one over there with a rod hanging out its mouth did you??? I lost one the other day and it was last seen heading towards NZ at a rate of knots!! Nice fish there, we can only dream! Cheers scratchie!!!
