hookerbruce
Headed out today, plan was to head out to fads but the seas were not suitable. Fished in port hacking for a while for a flathead, 2 trevs and 4 blue swimmers plus a 60cm king (released). Then went out off the bommie when the swell dropped a bit, trolled for a while for nil then had a drift for two flatties and 6 jackets, so ended up with a feed. I'll head out again in the morning and try again. Bruce

Paikea
Whats a bommie? sorry i am new to fishing A Bommie is a low lying reef that is generally uncovered at low tide and mainly covered at high tide. Jibbon Bombora lies seaward off the Southern side of the entrance to Port Hacking and can readily be viewed on Google Earth. Hope this helps.
